Reservation Policies


Reservation process

- Reservations will only be confirmed after payment of a 50% deposit of the total amount.

- Full payment must be made 48 hours prior to check-in.


Cancellations and changes

- Cancellations with full refund: Up to 14 days before arrival date.

- Cancellations with a 50% penalty: 7 to 3 days before the arrival date

- No refund: Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance or no-shows.


Date changes will be subject to availability and additional charges may apply if the rate for the new date is higher.


Check-in y Check-out 

- Check-in: Between 3:00 pm and 8:00 pm. Arrivals after this time require prior notice.

- Departure: Before 12:00 pm

- Late checkouts will have an additional cost and are subject to availability.


Children and Pet Policy


- Children and babies are welcome (crib additional fee)

- Casa IXUM is pet-friendly under certain conditions (an additional deposit and fee will be required).


Damage Policy

- Any damage to the facilities, furniture, or decorative items will be assessed and charged to the responsible guest.

- A refundable security deposit will be required upon check-in.


Events Policy

- Events or parties are not permitted without prior authorization.

- Approved events must comply with the occupancy and schedule rules established by Casa IXUM.


Eco-friendly Policy

At Casa IXUM, we are committed to sustainability. We promote waste separation, responsible use of water and energy, and offer biodegradable and local products in our rooms and restaurant. We prioritize regional producers and artisans and organize workshops on sustainable practices. We invite our guests and friends to join this effort by taking small actions during their stay to care for our environment together.
